CNC Setter/Operator/Programmer
Experience:
Fresher, 1 to 2 years experienced specifically on CNC Milling and CNC turning
FOOD & ACCOMODATION PROVIDED
Qualifications:
ITI Machinist/Apprentice / Diploma from reputed Technical institutes.
Salary: 15,000 pm to 25,000 pm - Negotiable for Experieced
Key Responsibilities
- Set Up and Program run - VMC/HMC/VTL.
- Read blue prints, Select Tools, Set up machines and input/modify G-codes programs 2 Operation and Monitoring
- Operate multiple machines, controls speeds and feeds, and make adjustments for pre 3 Quality Control
- Inspects parts using, micrometers, Verniers, Gauges to meet specific tolerances and c 4 Maintenance
- Perform Daily/Weekly preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues or report and ke 5 Documentation
- Complete production Logs, report nonconfirmaties and maintain records
Essential Skill and Qualification:
Technical:
- Blue Print reading, Shop Math, Cad/Cam familiarity, mechanical aptitude, tool selecti 2 Soft Skills
- Attention, Detailed, Problem solving, time management and teamwork
Work Environment:
- Fast Paced manufacturing floors with varied shifts
- Strict adherence to health, safety and quality standards is crucial
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
