About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Territory Sales Manager to oversee sales operations across Ernakulam. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in team management, sales coordination, and regional business development. The role also requires the ability to effectively handle and build long-term relationships with interior designers and architects, understand project-based requirements, coordinate specifications, and drive sales through the interior and architectural community within the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team across assigned territories.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and distributors.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations and timely reporting.
- Achieve sales targets and monitor market trends.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of sales experience.
- Candidates currently working as Area Sales Manager (ASM) are preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
- Willing to travel within the assigned region.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
