Role Summary
TCS is looking for an experienced Citrix Administrator L2 to support and manage enterprise Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) environments in a 24x7 managed services setup. The role involves platform administration, troubleshooting, image management, upgrades, and incident resolution while ensuring service stability and SLA compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2 support and administration for Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD).
- Perform Citrix upgrades, patching, and policy configuration.
- Manage master images, catalog maintenance, and desktop/application publishing.
- Provision and maintain VDIs using MCS and PVS.
- Monitor platform health and troubleshoot login, session, performance, and application issues using Citrix Director.
- Handle incident, problem, and change management activities.
- Collaborate with L3 teams and vendors for escalations.
- Maintain operational documentation, SOPs, and runbooks.
- Participate in on-call support and ensure SLA adherence.
Walk-in Interview
This position is being hired through a Walk-in Interview scheduled for tomorrow (4th June 2026) at Chennai. Candidates with relevant Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops and L2 Support experience are encouraged to attend.
Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
