Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to inform them about personal loan, car loan, home loan, or other financial products.
- Explain loan features such as interest rate, EMI, tenure, and required documents.
- Identify interested customers and generate qualified leads for the loan team.
- Follow up with customers to support the loan application process.
- Maintain and update customer data in CRM or Excel.
- Achieve assigned monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Provide polite and professional communication while handling customers.
Requirements:
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of banking or financial products is preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / CRM).
