- Monitor the Government of Goa e-Procurement portal, GeM, and other national portals daily for relevant facility management and manpower deployment tenders.
- Download, analyze, and highlight the critical qualifying criteria (turnover requirements, specific past experience, EMD details) for Bid/No-Bid decisions.
- Compile the "Technical Bid" packet, ensuring every certificate, audit report, and affidavit is correctly formatted, signed, and uploaded without error.
- Input the finalized rates into the online Financial Bid (BoQ) precisely as calculated by the Estimations Specialist.
- Maintain a central repository of all company compliance documents, ensuring nothing is expired when a bid is due.
- Required Skills: Extreme attention to detail, high procedural discipline, experience navigating government bidding portals, and an understanding of tender terminology (EMD, PBG, BoQ).
