Position: QC Quality Controller
Experience: 5–7 Years
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Location: As per project/site requirement
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Quality Controller with strong expertise in quality documentation and construction quality control processes. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and documentation requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor Quality Control procedures at project sites.
- Prepare, maintain, and manage all QC documentation.
- Maintain Inspection Requests (IR), Material Inspection Requests (MIR), Method Statements, Checklists, and QA/QC records.
- Conduct inspections to ensure work complies with project specifications and standards.
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, and project teams during inspections.
- Prepare Non-Conformance Reports (NCR), Corrective Action Reports (CAR), and quality reports.
- Ensure all quality records are updated and properly filed.
- Support internal and external quality audits.
- Train site personnel on quality procedures and documentation.
Required Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 5–7 years of experience in Quality Control for construction projects.
- Strong experience in QC documentation is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of IS standards, quality procedures, and construction practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and documentation management.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
Salary
₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month
