Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate & Undergraduate candidates can apply
- Minimum 6 months of relevant customer service experience in International Voice Process
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- B2 level English communication proficiency preferred
- Typing Speed: 40 WPM
- Typing Accuracy: 95%
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and rotational shifts
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via voice professionally
- Provide quick, accurate, and effective resolutions
- Deliver outstanding customer experience and satisfaction
- Manage multiple chat interactions simultaneously
- Meet productivity and quality benchmarks
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution when required
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
