- Job Title: IT Support Executive
- Job Summary: The IT Support Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day IT operations within the office, ensuring the smooth functioning of systems and networks, and providing technical support for employees. The role involves troubleshooting, maintenance, and supporting digital infrastructure.
- Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide technical support to staff for hardware, software, and network issues.
2. Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
3. Monitor and maintain office network systems (LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity).
4. Troubleshoot system errors and resolve technical problems promptly.
5. Manage user accounts, emails, and access permissions.
6. Ensure data backup, security, and antivirus protection.
7. Coordinate with external vendors for IT services and repairs.
8. Maintain IT inventory (hardware, software licenses, accessories).
9. Assist in setting up the IT infrastructure for new employees.
10. Ensure compliance with company IT policies and procedures.
- Required Skills & Qualifications:
1. Basic to intermediate knowledge of computer hardware and networking.
2. Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, basic Linux knowledge preferred).
3. Understanding of MS Office and common business applications.
4. Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
5. Good communication and coordination ability.
6. Basic knowledge of cybersecurity practices.
- Educational Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
1. 0.6–1 years of experience in IT support or a similar role preferred.
2. Freshers with strong technical knowledge may also be considered.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
