Job Summary
A Dealer Sales Manager is responsible for managing and expanding the company’s dealer and distributor network to achieve sales targets, improve market coverage, and strengthen customer relationships. The role involves dealer development, sales planning, market analysis, team coordination, and ensuring dealer satisfaction and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers and distributors.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Identify and appoint new dealers in potential markets.
- Monitor dealer performance and implement improvement plans.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends.
- Plan and execute sales promotions, campaigns, and dealer engagement programs.
- Ensure timely availability of products at dealer locations.
- Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and finance teams for smooth operations.
- Resolve dealer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback for management.
- Train dealer sales staff on products, schemes, and sales techniques.
- Monitor outstanding payments and support collection activities.
