Key Responsibilities
- Market and Account Development
- Identify, profile, and target potential customers in assigned sectors .
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline; forecast revenue and share market insights with leadership.
- Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements.
- Customer Engagement and Relationship Management
- Conduct product demonstrations, technical briefings, and value-led conversations.
- Negotiate terms within company policies to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
- Experience:5-7 years in industry selling/Project selling prefer to coal fired station , Mining, Steel industry , Cement , Oil & Gas .
- Resident Engineer & has to covers the area of NCR, Delhi, MP, Up, Rajasthan & nearby states.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with our target manufacturing sectors (list sectors) and understanding of manufacturing processes, standards (e.g., ISO), and regulatory considerations.
- Personal Attributes:
- Results-driven, proactive, and customer-focused.
- Strong collaboration across functions and teams.
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy and compliance discipline.
- Resilient with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
Work Environment and Travel
- Resident based with periodic travel to customer sites, industry events, and supplier facilities as required.
