We are looking for a confident, engaging, and creative Podcast Host cum Content Creator who can host video podcasts, conduct meaningful conversations with guests, and create engaging content for YouTube, Instagram, and other digital platforms.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable on camera, have strong communication skills, and be capable of researching topics and converting long-form conversations into short-form content.
Key Responsibilities
- Host and co-host video podcasts and interviews with guests from different fields.
- Research guests, topics, and current trends before every podcast.
- Prepare relevant questions and conversation points.
- Conduct natural, engaging, and insightful conversations.
- Create a comfortable environment for guests and maintain professional interactions.
- Coordinate with the production team for podcast shoots.
- Identify interesting moments from podcasts for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and other short-form content.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for new content ideas and formats.
- Create scripts, hooks, captions, and basic content outlines when required.
- Stay updated with social media trends, viral formats, and audience interests.
- Collaborate with video editors, designers, and the digital marketing team.
- Help improve content based on YouTube and social media analytics.
- Represent the brand professionally across digital platforms.
Required Skills
- Excellent Hindi and English communication skills.
- Strong public speaking and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and natural on-camera presence.
- Good storytelling and interviewing abilities.
- Ability to ask thoughtful follow-up questions rather than simply reading a script.
- Strong research and preparation skills.
- Understanding of YouTube, Instagram, Shorts and Reels.
- Ability to generate creative content ideas.
- Good awareness of current affairs, social trends, business, spirituality, aviation, or other relevant topics is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of video production and editing is a plus.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
