Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for field roles (Technicians, Splicers, Helpers, Drivers, etc.)
- Source candidates from job portals, local references, and contractors
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with department heads
- Manage joining formalities and documentation
2. HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and documentation (joining, exit, transfers)
- Manage attendance, leave records, and shift planning
- Handle employee queries and resolve HR-related issues
3. Payroll & Compliance
- Coordinate with accounts for salary processing
- Ensure PF, ESIC, PT compliance and documentation
- Maintain statutory records as per labor laws
4. Employee Engagement & Discipline
- Monitor employee discipline and adherence to company policies
- Support grievance handling and employee engagement activities
- Implement HR policies across field and office staff
5. Performance Management
- Assist in KRA & KPI tracking
- Support appraisal process and documentation
6. Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with teams for manpower planning
- Prepare HR reports (attendance, attrition, hiring status, etc.)
- Update HR data in ERP system
Key Skills Required:
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Knowledge of labor laws (PF, ESIC, PT)
- Good in MS Excel & ERP systems
- Ability to handle field workforce and vendors
- Problem-solving and multitasking ability

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
