Job Description – Senior Manager, Construction Expert Services
Kroll’s Expert Services practice provides economic damages, shareholder disputes, forensic accounting, valuation, and other financial and investigative services to attorneys and companies involved in litigation, among other forms of disputes and investigations. We’re looking for a Senior Manager to support our Expert Services team. You will work on engagements related to financial securities matters, economic damages analyses, forensic accounting matters, investigative services, and other dispute consulting.
Responsibilities:
Lead complex delay analysis, disruption, and construction claims engagements on major infrastructure and capital projects.
Direct forensic schedule analyses using industry-recognized methodologies and best practices.
Oversee the review and interpretation of project schedules, progress records, contracts, and contemporaneous documentation.
Manage the development of client deliverables, including technical reports, claim submissions, and dispute-related documentation.
Support expert witnesses and legal teams in arbitration, litigation, adjudication, and mediation proceedings.
Present findings and recommendations to senior client stakeholders, legal counsel, and project teams.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, law firms, contractors, and industry stakeholders.
Identify opportunities for new engagements and contribute to business development, proposals, and fee submissions.
Represent the firm at industry conferences, seminars, and professional forums to enhance market visibility and thought leadership.
Contribute to the strategic growth and leadership of the Construction Expert Services practice.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Project Management, or a related discipline.
8+ years of construction industry experience, including significant experience in construction claims, delay analysis, or dispute resolution.
Excellent analytical, report writing, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to manage client relationships and lead project teams.
Strong commercial awareness and business development capability.
Professional certifications such as PSP, PMP, MRICS/FRICS, CFCC, or equivalent would be advantageous.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment.
