We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecalling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be fluent in Tamil, English, Malayalam, Telugu, and Hindi. The role involves interacting with customers, generating leads, handling inquiries, and maintaining positive customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Explain company products and services to prospective customers.
- Generate and qualify leads through telecalling.
- Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication.
- Update customer information and call records in the CRM system.
- Address customer queries and resolve concerns promptly.
- Coordinate with the sales team to schedule meetings and follow-ups.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Required Skills
- 0–2 years of experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Tamil, English, Malayalam, Telugu, and Hindi (ability to communicate in multiple languages is mandatory).
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Experience using CRM software is an added advantage.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Positive attitude, patience, and customer-focused approach.
Preferred Qualifications
- Any Bachelor's degree or Diploma.
- Prior experience in Telecalling, Customer Service, or Sales will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
