Job Title: Head of Sales & Business Development

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Head of Sales & Business Development to lead sales operations, drive revenue growth, and strengthen market presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing key client relationships, expanding business opportunities, and leading a high-performing sales team. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership capabilities and a proven track record in achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, markets, and customer segments.
- Drive business expansion through strategic partnerships and customer acquisition initiatives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to enhance sales performance.
Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and organizational goals.
- Establish sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching for continuous improvement.
- Foster a high-performance, customer-centric sales culture.
Key Account Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure effective handling of customer inquiries, negotiations, and contract discussions.
- Manage escalations and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Strengthen customer retention through proactive relationship management.
Sales Operations & Coordination
- Ensure systematic follow-up of leads through calls, meetings, emails, and digital communication channels.
- Coordinate with internal departments including production, dispatch, and accounts for smooth order fulfillment.
- Monitor sales pipelines, forecasting, and reporting to management.
- Maintain accurate sales records and CRM data.
Store & Business Operations
- Oversee showroom/store operations to ensure a superior customer experience.
- Ensure effective product display, merchandising, and brand presentation.
- Support the planning and execution of promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and business events.
- Drive operational efficiency and process improvements across sales functions.
Required Skills & Competencies

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred.
- 8–10 years of sales experience, including 4–5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or retail sales management.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and managing high-performing teams.
- Experience in apparel, fashion, lifestyle, manufacturing, or related industries will be an advantage.

Pay: Up to ₹70,000.00 per month
