Job Description
Responsibilities: Conduct end-to-end financial crime risk management investigations, including transaction monitoring, KYC, screening, and fraud detection to identify anomalies and potential risks. Analyze and interpret evidence from internal and external systems to assess the legitimacy of customer behavior across multiple products and entities. Investigate, document, and resolve transaction monitoring alerts in accordance with client procedures and regulatory requirements. Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and guidance, including Anti-Money Laundering (BSA, USA PATRIOT Act) and company/client policies. Review financial transactions to validate source and utilization of funds, aligning with expected customer activity and risk profiles. Prepare, fill, and submit Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) and maintain accurate compliance documentation for audit and regulatory purposes. Collaborate with internal and client teams to recommend solutions, close open items, and enhance operational efficiency in a fast-paced, high-compliance environment.
