Job Role: Human Resource Intern
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our HR team. Internship where you will get hands-on experience in recruitment, data management, and HR operations. You will also be responsible for handling end-to-end candidate screening, which is an important part of the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment screening, including reviewing resumes, shortlisting candidates, and coordinating interviews.
- Maintain and update candidate details in HR systems and track their application status.
- Support onboarding of new employees and ensure all documents are properly completed.
- Keep employee records organized and up to date.
- Help prepare simple HR reports and summaries for the team.
- Support social media activities related to hiring and employer branding.
- Assist the HR team in organizing training sessions, meetings, and other internal activities.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to handle data carefully and maintain accuracy.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms is helpful.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Eager to learn and grow in the HR field.
