Business Development Executive – Garment Manufacturing

Job Responsibilities:
Identify and approach apparel brands, fashion labels, wholesalers, and retailers.
Generate leads and acquire new clients for shirt manufacturing orders.
Schedule meetings and present company manufacturing capabilities.
Build long-term relationships with brand owners and purchasing managers.
Negotiate pricing and coordinate with management to close deals.
Follow up with prospects and convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
Maintain sales reports and client database.
Requirements
1–3 years of sales/business development experience (preferred).
Experience in garment, textile, apparel, or B2B sales is a plus.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to travel for client meetings.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Commission Structure (Example)
₹30,000 fixed salary.
1%–5% commission on every order value generated.
Additional bonus for achieving monthly targets and salary negotiable.
