Role Overview
As a Senior Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end project delivery, managing USA-based client accounts, mentoring team members, and ensuring performance targets are consistently achieved.
This role combines leadership, client management, strategy, and hands-on execution across paid media, SEO, CRO, CRM systems, and website optimization.
Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & People Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of executives, analysts, and junior team leads
- Assign tasks, set priorities, and monitor team performance
- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and skill-development training
- Foster accountability, collaboration, and a results-driven culture
Client & Project Ownership
- Own the end-to-end delivery of assigned client accounts
- Manage direct communication with USA-based clients
- Lead strategy discussions, performance reviews, and client calls
- Handle escalations and proactively manage client expectations
- Translate business objectives into actionable marketing strategies
Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max)
- Manage Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation and conversion growth
- Drive improvements in lead quality, conversion rates, and ROAS
- Oversee SEO initiatives, including on-page, off-page, content, and technical SEO
- Lead website optimization and CRO efforts, including landing pages, funnels, and A/B testing
- Ensure CRM integration, lead tracking, and attribution accuracy
Reporting & Performance Management
- Review campaign performance, SEO reports, dashboards, and funnel metrics
- Monitor key KPIs including CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversions, and traffic growth
- Identify performance gaps and implement corrective strategies
- Deliver accurate and actionable insights to clients and internal stakeholders
Process Improvement & Operations
- Develop and strengthen SOPs across Paid Ads, SEO, CRO, and CRM workflows
- Improve operational efficiency through automation and process optimization
- Support account scaling and team growth initiatives
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Operations, Business Development, Accounts, and Technical teams
- Assist with onboarding and training new team members
- Serve as the escalation point for delivery, performance, and team-related issues
Required Experience
Mandatory USA Client Experience
Candidates must have direct experience working with USA-based clients and managing performance-driven marketing accounts.
Preferred Industry Experience
