Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for elevator systems and internal components
- Diagnose and resolve issues remotely (phone/online support)
- Visit sites for troubleshooting and technical assistance when required
- Assist in software installation and configuration (training will be provided)
- Coordinate with internal teams for technical problem-solving
- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in elevator industry (preferred)
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of control panels, VFDs, and troubleshooting
- Basic understanding of software installation and technical systems
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
