We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Executive with hands-on experience in government e-procurement processes. The candidate will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and executing tenders across various government portals such as Central Public Procurement Portal (CPPP), Government e-Marketplace (GeM), Maharashtra e-Tendering Portal, and Indian Railways E-Procurement System (IREPS).
The role requires strong documentation skills, portal navigation expertise, and working knowledge of MSME compliance and tendering procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Search and identify relevant tenders from portals such as CPPP, GeM, Maharashtra e-Tender portal, and IREPS
- Download, review, and analyze tender documents (NIT, BOQ, eligibility criteria, technical specifications)
- Prepare and compile tender documents including technical and financial bids
- Ensure timely submission of bids through online portals using Digital Signature Certificate (DSC)
- Maintain tender database, track deadlines, and manage submission schedules
- Coordinate with internal teams for required documents (experience certificates, financials, compliance papers)
- Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis for pricing strategy
- Handle bid queries, corrigendum updates, and communication with authorities
- Ensure compliance with MSME norms, tender guidelines, and procurement policies
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in government tendering / e-procurement
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with MSME companies
- Knowledge of reverse auction and bidding on GeM
- Familiarity with Maharashtra government departments (PWD, ZP, Municipal Corporations, etc.)
- Experience in sectors like supply, services, civil, electrical, or manpower tenders
