About Us
PSR Compliance is a leading regulatory compliance and business consulting firm specializing in Business Registration, BIS Certification, CDSCO, FSSAI, GST, Import Export Code, EPR, GACC, LMPC, Environmental Compliance, and other government approvals. We are looking for a result-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Generate high-quality leads while maintaining target CPL and ROI.
- Manage SEO (On-Page, Off-Page & Technical SEO) to improve organic rankings.
- Create and execute content marketing strategies for blogs, social media, and landing pages.
- Manage the company website and improve conversion rates.
- Handle LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, and other marketing tools.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors for marketing creatives.
- Manage email marketing, WhatsApp campaigns, and marketing automation.
- Analyze competitors, identify growth opportunities, and prepare monthly performance reports.
- Lead and mentor the digital marketing team.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, SEM, and Social Media Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with WordPress, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager.
- Experience in lead generation and performance marketing.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS will be an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduation in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
- Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or SEO certifications are an added advantage.
- Experience in the Compliance, Legal, Finance, or B2B Services industry is preferred.
