Introduction: Handysolver is looking for full-time professional Business Development Executives! If you are good with understanding people and their requirements, we would love to meet with you.Role and Responsibilities: - Identifying good projects on portals like Freelancer, Upwork, etc.
- Bidding for web application development projects on portals like Freelancer, Upwork and similar ones.
- Formulating detailed bids with utmost clarity and honesty.
- Manage the end-to-end bid process.
- Doing a mapping of the company's abilities with appropriate projects and bidding accordingly.
- Generating leads both online (bidding) and offline (cold calling and emailing).
- Understanding potential clients’ requirements and charting out win-win opportunities.
- Following up on potential leads and converting them by offering suitable products and/or services.
- Following the company's vision and protocols with respect to targets, processes, communication (internal and external), and documentation.Requirement(s): - Should be enthusiastic, passionate, and target-driven so as to be able to generate valuable leads that are in line with the company's services.
- Must have at least 8-10 months of experience in this domain.
- Must possess people skills and a pleasing personality.
- Being fluent in both oral and written communication is a must.
- Should be goal-oriented with a disposition of attention to detail.
- Should be able to understand people, their requirements and expectations and negotiate accordingly.
- Should be a team player; get the first contact and then discuss with Tech Leads/Business Analysts for further conversation and project conversion.Good to Have: - Having prior experience/knowledge in the IT domain will be advantageous. Job type: Full Time
