- Bachelors/Master's degree with excellent communication (Candidates from Customer Support/BPO/International BPO/Voice process background will be an additional advantages)
- Comfortable for night shift & work from office
- Candidates must have some knowledge on recruitment
- Local candidates are preferred or willing to relocate to Bangalore immediately.
Job Description:
1. Identify and Search IT and Non-IT , Healthcare Professionals in the US Market through different Sources.
2. Shortlist and Interview candidates according to the Job requirement.
3. Take care of Clients Requirements and place Software professionals.
4. Negotiate on Salary aspects and close the position.
5. Assist Account Manager (s)/Team Lead with urgent technical/Healthcare requirements.
6. Update the Resourcing Application System routinely.
