Position: Hostel Incharge
Vacancies:
- Male Hostel Incharge – 03 Positions
- Female Hostel Incharge – 03 Positions
Location: Patna, Bihar
Key Responsibilities:
- Overall management of hostel operations and administration
- Ensure discipline, safety, and security of students
- Monitor student attendance and hostel activities
- Coordinate with administration and support staff
- Address student concerns and grievances
- Maintain hostel records, inventory, and reports
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper maintenance of hostel facilities
- Handle emergencies and communicate with parents when required
Eligibility:
- Graduate in any discipline (Post Graduate preferred)
- Experience in hostel administration, student affairs, or residential facility management preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
- Freshers with good administrative and management skills may also apply
