Hiring: HR Manager – Hotel Industry

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning.
- Manage employee relations, engagement, and retention initiatives.
- Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, and HR operations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Drive performance management, training, and organizational development.
- Partner with department heads to meet manpower requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, MBA HR preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in the hotel industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of labor laws, HRMS, and HR best practices.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
