DSP Dispatcher / Last-Mile Dispatcher
Location: Remote
Salary: ₹25,000 per Month
We are actively seeking an experienced DSP / Last-Mile Dispatcher with a strong understanding of Amazon DSP operations and US logistics processes. If you have hands-on experience in dispatch management, driver coordination, route planning, and operational support, we'd love to hear from you.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in DSP / Last-Mile Dispatch (Mandatory)
- Experience working with Amazon DSP accounts or US logistics operations
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong understanding of route planning, driver management, and dispatch coordination
- Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end dispatch operations, including route planning, rostering, rescues, and driver communication
- Coordinate with Amazon DSP clients and internal operations teams
- Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and driver performance metrics
- Utilize dispatch tools such as Chime, Netradyne, Cortex, and scheduling platforms
- Handle escalations, peak-volume planning, and operational efficiency initiatives
- Ensure smooth day-to-day delivery operations and compliance with client requirements
Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
