Job Profile :
- Ensure cleanliness and proper upkeep of the entire farmhouse.
- Inspect rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, gardens, outdoor areas, and common spaces regularly.
- Handle or coordinate electrical issues, power supply problems, switches, lights, fans, etc.
- Identify and coordinate water leakage, plumbing, drainage, and water-supply issues.
- Coordinate with electricians, plumbers, carpenters, AC technicians, and other external service providers when required.
- Ensure timely completion of maintenance and repair work.
- Coordinate with gardeners, drivers, security personnel, and other support staff.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential maintenance or safety issues before they become major problems.
- Maintain daily maintenance and housekeeping records.
- Handle urgent maintenance requirements and ensure immediate action.
- Ensure proper safety, hygiene, cleanliness, and discipline throughout the property.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
