Key Responsibilities:
· Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites
· Convert Figma, XD, or PSD designs into responsive WordPress websites
· Create visually appealing layouts with strong UI/UX principles
· Ensure websites are modern, clean, and aligned with brand guidelines
· Optimize website performance, speed, and SEO readiness
· Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness
· Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, bugs, and security vulnerabilities
· Manage website hosting, backups, and deployments
· Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and tools
· Collaborate with designers, SEO team, and marketing team
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· Strong experience with WordPress CMS
· Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery
· Good knowledge of PHP and MySQL
· Strong sense of design, layout, typography, and color combinations
· Ability to create or improve website UI without complete design dependency
· Experience with page builders like Elementor, WPBakery (preferred)
· Understanding of WordPress theme & plugin development
· Familiarity with REST APIs and third-party integrations
· Knowledge of website performance optimization techniques
· Basic understanding of SEO principles
Preferred Skills:
· Experience with WooCommerce development
· Knowledge of website security best practices
· Familiarity with hosting platforms like cPanel, AWS, or Cloud hosting
· Understanding of Core Web Vitals and speed optimization
· Basic knowledge of design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Photoshop
Soft Skills:
· Strong problem-solving skills
· Attention to detail
· Good communication and teamwork abilities
· Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
