Experience
- Minimum 7–15 years in field recovery, collections, or credit control.
- Prior experience with Banks, NBFCs, or Corporate Recovery preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Personally visit defaulting customers to recover outstanding dues.
- Take complete ownership of assigned recovery cases until closure.
- Conduct persistent field follow-ups and negotiate payment settlements.
- Reconcile customer ledgers and resolve outstanding account disputes.
- Identify wilful defaulters and coordinate legal recovery actions with advocates.
- Demonstrate exceptional perseverance in field recovery by pursuing every lawful avenue to achieve payment while maintaining professionalism and legal compliance.
- Prepare recovery reports and maintain proper documentation.
- Travel extensively across assigned territories and stay at customer locations, when operationally required, to facilitate lawful recovery discussions.
