Branch Sales Manager
Location : Bengaluru
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Branch Sales Manager to lead the sales operations of our Bengaluru branch. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, sales expertise, and the ability to drive branch revenue while ensuring excellent client relationship management.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage complete branch sales operations and achieve monthly revenue targets
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the branch sales team performance
- Handle client consultations and convert leads into successful bookings
- Develop strategies to increase branch sales and customer engagement
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with photography, operations, and editing teams for smooth execution
- Track sales reports, lead conversions, and branch performance metrics
- Conduct team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews
- Ensure proper follow-up with inquiries and maintain CRM updates
- Represent the company professionally during client interactions and events
Required Skills

Qualification
- Any Degree / MBA preferred
Experience
- 3–6 years of experience in Sales / Branch Operations / Client Management
- Experience in wedding industry, hospitality, events, or service industry is an added advantage
