Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 2+ years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing visually compelling designs that support the company's branding, marketing, product communication, technical documentation, and corporate presentations within the railway manufacturing sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Design marketing materials including brochures, catalogs, product datasheets, flyers, banners, and exhibition graphics.
- Create visual content for digital platforms, including website graphics, social media posts, email campaigns, and presentations.
- Develop product illustrations, infographics, and technical visualizations related to railway components and manufacturing solutions.
- Ensure consistency of brand identity across all communication materials.
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, production, and business development teams to understand project requirements.
- Design graphics for trade shows, industry events, and customer presentations.
- Edit and enhance product photographs and create promotional videos when required.
- Prepare artwork files for printing and coordinate with vendors to ensure quality output.
- Maintain a library of design assets, templates, and brand guidelines.
- Stay updated with design trends, industry standards, and emerging creative tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in manufacturing, engineering, industrial, or railway sectors.
- Strong proficiency in:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
- CorelDRAW (preferred)
- Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects (preferred)
- Knowledge of print production processes and digital design standards.
- Ability to understand technical products and convert complex information into engaging visuals.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with industrial, engineering, railway, or infrastructure companies.
- Basic understanding of technical drawings and manufacturing processes.
- Experience creating 3D renderings or product visualizations will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with AI-based design tools and modern content creation platforms.
