We're looking for a ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) SME with strong expertise in backend integrations across Jira and Apptio.
5+ years of ServiceNow development & SPM experience
Hands-on experience with Jira (Cloud/DC) and Apptio integrations
Strong knowledge of APIs, IntegrationHub, Flow Designer & automation
Experience with DevOps tools, release management, and platform governance
Excellent troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and communication skills
