We are seeking an Office Coordinator to join our team at Sky-Sketch (India) to perform a range of administrative tasks. As a part of this job, you will welcome guests and greet people who visit the organisation/business's premises. Additionally, you will be responsible for handling front-desk tasks, including managing mail and forwarding phone calls.
Requirements: Gender: candidate(she) only, Age: 22-35 years. Full-time professionals only; students need not apply.
Education: Graduate in any stream. Travel/tourism/hospitality preferred. Skills: Good English communication, MS Office, strong geographical knowledge of India & Southeast Asia Traits: Well-presented, disciplined, willing to travel solo or with coworkers to attend meetings, seminars & conferences, and committed to a 2-3 year tenure.
Training & Salary Structure Provisional Period: 3 months at ₹10,000/month. Early hike possible for exceptional performers. Post 3 Months: ₹11,000/month based on performance After 6 months of Training: ₹12,000/month fixed, based on overall performance Travel Allowance: ₹50 per day of attendance or actuals, as applicable Bonus: Performance-based sales incentive after confirmation.
Growth Path: On successful completion, you’ll be confirmed as Personal Assistant to Director with opportunities to move into Operations, Sales, or Business Development roles.
The candidate should have good geographical knowledge about India and Southeast Asian countries.
