LocoBear is looking for a detail-oriented Senior Performance Marketing Executive to support paid campaigns, CRM activities, and marketing analytics operations.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Campaign Support
- Assist in setting up, monitoring, and optimizing paid campaigns across key platforms.
- Ensure accurate implementation of targeting, budgets, bidding strategies, and creatives.
- Track campaign performance and flag irregularities or optimization opportunities.
- Support A/B testing activities and assist in gathering data for analysis.
Email & WhatsApp Marketing
- Execute scheduled email marketing campaigns, including template setup, segmentation, and QA checks.
- Support WhatsApp broadcasting campaigns by preparing content, audience lists, and delivery schedules.
Loyalty & Referral Programs
- Assist in the operational management of loyalty programs, including data entry, customer updates, and performance tracking.
- Coordinate referral program activities and monitor user participation and reward distribution.
Analytics & Reporting
- Prepare routine reports summarizing key metrics and campaign outcomes.
- Maintain organized documentation, campaign logs, and data records.
- Work with senior team members to extract insights and identify improvement areas.
Cross-Team Coordination
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and operations to ensure campaigns are aligned with overall business goals.
- Support the senior performance marketer in daily tasks, planning, and execution.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 4-5 years of experience in performance marketing or digital marketing (internship experience accepted).
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, or other advertising tools.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms, CRM systems, or marketing automation tools is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
