About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated CRM Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to drive sales of our CRM platform. The role involves handling leads, conducting follow-ups, understanding business requirements, scheduling product demonstrations, and assisting in closing sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
· Handle and follow up on leads generated through Meta Ads, Google Ads, website inquiries, and marketing campaigns.
· Qualify prospects and identify business requirements.
· Schedule product demonstrations with decision-makers and business owners.
· Coordinate with internal teams for demos, proposals, and onboarding activities.
· Maintain accurate lead records and sales activities.
· Track opportunities and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
· Build strong relationships with prospects and customers.
· Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
Required Skills
· Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
· Experience in B2B Sales, SaaS Sales, CRM Sales, or IT Solution Sales.
· Good understanding of CRM systems, software products, and business processes.
· Knowledge of lead generation, sales funnels, and customer acquisition.
· Ability to understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
· Comfortable with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and online meeting tools.
· Target-driven and self-motivated personality.
Preferred Candidate Profile
· Background in IT, Software Sales, SaaS, Digital Marketing, or Business Development.
· Experience handling inbound and outbound sales leads.
· Understanding of Financial Services, NBFCs, Loan Companies, DSAs, or CRM products.
· Ability to independently manage opportunities from lead qualification to closure.

Pay: ₹11,535.39 - ₹55,000.00 per month
