Diploma / B.E. / B. Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Architectural & Certification in BIM / Revit MEP (Preferred)
Fresher to 2 years (Junior Modeler), 3–4 years (Experienced Modeler)
- Strong knowledge of Autodesk Revit MEP
- Understanding of HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical & Firefighting systems
- Experience with Navisworks (clash detection)
- Knowledge of BIM standards, LOD (Level of Detail)
- Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications
- Good coordination and communication skills
1. Develop detailed 3D MEP models(HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, electrical) using Revit.
2.Convert 2D drawings into BIM models with accurate data and parameters.
3. Perform clash detection and coordination with architectural and structural models.
4. Prepare shop drawings, layouts, and sections from BIM models.
5.Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project teams for design integration.
6.Ensure compliance with project standards, codes, and BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
7.Update models as per design changes and site requirements.
8. Extract BOQ, schedules, and quantities from models.
9. Maintain proper file management, naming conventions, and model quality.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
