Job Description
Responsibilities: Manage post-sales customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to ensure a positive customer experience.
Receive and review customer orders via email ERP systems portals or sales teams• Verify order details including pricing quantities delivery dates and payment terms• Enter orders accurately into ERP / CRM / order management systems• Coordinate with inventory production and warehouse teams to ensure product availability• Track order status and follow up on delays or discrepancies• Prepare order confirmations invoices delivery notes and related documentation• Communicate order status updates to customers and internal stakeholders• Handle order modifications cancellations returns and replacements• Resolve order-related issues escalations and customer queries promptly• Maintain accurate records and generate periodic order and sales reports• Ensure compliance with company policies SLAs and quality standards
