We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient GSA-Housekeeping (F/M/X) to join our team in Mercure Hyderabad KCP, India. As a Guest Service Associate specializing in housekeeping, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our facilities, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for our guests.

Clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and other assigned spaces according to established standards and procedures

Properly use cleaning equipment, supplies, and chemicals while adhering to safety guidelines

Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns related to housekeeping matters

Restock guest room amenities, linens, and supplies as needed

Inspect rooms and public areas for cleanliness, functionality, and maintenance issues

Report any damages, deficiencies, or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences

Maintain organized storage areas and manage inventory of cleaning supplies

Qualifications

Proven experience in housekeeping or a similar role in the hospitality industry (preferred)

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

Thorough knowledge of cleaning techniques, procedures, and safety protocols

Proficiency in using various cleaning equipment and supplies

Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
