Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Executive (Finance) to manage statutory compliance, payroll processing, and financial aspects related to HR. The ideal candidate should have strong mathematical skills and hands-on experience in handling PF, PT, ESIC, and invoices while ensuring compliance with labour laws and tax regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Statutory Compliance Management:
- Ensure timely calculation, deduction, and payment of Provident Fund (PF), Professional Tax (PT), and Employee State Insurance (ESIC).
- Maintain compliance with labour laws, tax regulations, and government policies.
- Coordinate with auditors and government bodies for compliance audits and inspections.
Payroll & Employee Benefits Administration:
- Assist in processing salary components, deductions, and reimbursements.
- Handle gratuity, bonus, and other statutory benefits as per company policies.
- Address employee queries related to salary, deductions, and tax structures.
Invoice & Vendor Management:
- Verify and process HR-related invoices (recruitment agencies, employee benefits, payroll outsourcing, etc.).
- Maintain records of payments and ensure timely vendor settlements.
HR Finance & Reporting:
- Prepare and maintain reports related to employee salary, tax deductions, and statutory contributions.
- Reconcile payroll and finance records with accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Support budgeting and financial forecasting related to HR expenses.
HR Operations:
- Manage and streamline HR processes, including onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance.
- Maintain HR systems and databases, ensuring accuracy and security of employee records.
- Assist in policy implementation and ensure adherence to labour laws.
- Support employee lifecycle activities, including promotions, transfers, and exits.
- Generate HR reports and analytics for management decision-making.
