Role Description
Drive revenue growth through lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management. Identify new business opportunities and convert prospects into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and referrals
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and demos to pitch solutions
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closure
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, contracts, and onboarding
- Maintain sales pipeline and reports in CRM
Requirements
- 6 months to 3 years of experience in business development or B2B sales
- MBA in Sales and Marketing required
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Target-driven with ability to work under pressure
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools like Salesforce or Zoho
- Willing to work from Sector 58, Noida
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
