Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled MEP Engineer to design, review, and oversee the installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure systems are efficient, compliant with regulations, and aligned with project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop MEP systems for residential, commercial, or industrial projects
- Review drawings, specifications, and BOQs for accuracy and compliance
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors
- Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems
- Ensure compliance with local codes, standards, and safety regulations
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and project updates
- Optimize energy efficiency and sustainability in designs
- Manage project timelines and ensure timely delivery
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
- Proven experience as an MEP Engineer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and fire protection
- Familiarity with relevant codes (ASHRAE, NEC, IPC, etc.)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, or similar design tools
- Excellent problem-solving and coordination skills
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
