JBM Homes is hiring a Senior Architectural AutoCAD Draftsman with minimum 5 years of experience in residential construction and architectural drafting.
1. Prepare, modify, and update AutoCAD drawings for architectural, structural, and civil layouts.
2. Preparation of CADD Drawings for Buildings / Roads / Land / FMB Etc.,
3. Detailing of Re-Bar & Interior drawings.
4. Hands-on experience with DTCP, RERA, and CMDA approval drawings for layouts and local body submissions
5. MEP drawing preparation
6. Assist in surveying, layout marking, and quantity estimation.
7. Assist senior engineers on site activities and issues.
Required Skills
- Minimum 5 years experience in Architectural / Civil Drafting
- Strong expertise in AutoCAD 2D
- Experience in residential villa projects mandatory
- Knowledge of DTCP / CMDA approval process preferred
- Experience in layout and subdivision drawings
- Ability to independently prepare complete residential drawing sets
- Good understanding of site measurements and planning standards

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
