Position Overview
We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Marketing & Lead Generation Manager to take ownership of our marketing and lead generation function. The primary objective of this role is to create a predictable pipeline of qualified opportunities for the sales team through a combination of outbound prospecting, digital marketing, industry campaigns, and event-based networking initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B marketing and lead generation, strong team management capabilities, and a data-driven approach to campaign execution and performance measurement.
Key Responsibilities ( but not limited to )
Lead Generation & Team Management
- Manage, mentor, and develop the lead generation team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Establish lead generation processes, KPIs, and best practices.
- Monitor team productivity and continuously improve performance.
Outbound Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and optimize outbound campaigns through email, LinkedIn, cold outreach, and other relevant channels.
- Build targeted prospect lists and segmentation strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handoff and follow-up.
Digital Marketing
- Manage, and mentor the Digital Marketing executive
- Drive website lead generation initiatives to increase inbound opportunities.
- Coordinate content marketing activities including blogs, case studies, whitepapers, videos, and industry-specific content.
- Manage SEO initiatives and collaborate with internal or external partners to improve search visibility and organic traffic.
Industry-Focused Marketing Campaigns
- Develop and execute targeted campaigns for key industries including:
- Manufacturing
- Home Appliances
- Automobile
- Fashion & Retail
- FMCG
- E-commerce
- Identify industry trends, customer pain points, and opportunities to create relevant marketing programs.
Events, Expos & Networking
- Identify and evaluate industry expos, conferences, trade shows, forums, and networking events.
- Plan and manage company participation in selected events.
- Coordinate pre-event outreach and meeting scheduling with prospective customers and partners.
Reporting & Analytics
- Maintain accurate reporting on lead generation activities, campaign performance, and pipeline creation.
- Analyze marketing metrics and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure CRM data integrity and reporting accuracy.
- Present periodic performance reports to management.

Performance in this role will be measured through:

Preferred Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing is preferred.
Experience
- 5–7 years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, lead generation, or growth marketing roles.
- Proven experience managing lead generation teams and outbound prospecting programs.
- Experience working with service-based businesses, technology companies, creative agencies, or engineering/3D visualization service providers is highly desirable.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of B2B lead generation strategies and sales funnel management.
- Hands-on experience with email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, marketing automation, and CRM platforms.
- Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, website optimization, and digital marketing analytics.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience managing event marketing and industry conference participation.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
