*Position : Telesales Executive*
Roles & Responsibilities:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers over the phone, explaining our products or services, generating leads, and converting inquiries into sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
- Explain products and services clearly.
- Generate and follow up on sales leads.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records and call reports.
- Build and maintain good customer relationships.
- Resolve customer queries and provide excellent service.
Requirements:
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work under sales targets.
- Previous telesales or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
