Job Summary:
The Head – Placements shall lead the Corporate Relations and Placement Office by developing strategic industry partnerships, facilitating internships and final placements, enhancing student employability, and achieving institutional placement objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement annual placement and internship strategies.
Build and strengthen relationships with corporate organizations, industry associations,and recruiters.
Organize campus recruitment drives, pre-placement talks, internships, and industry interaction programmes.
Conduct employability enhancement initiatives, including aptitude training, mock interviews, resume-building, and soft skills workshops.
Coordinate with academic departments to align student competencies with industry requirements.
Maintain placement statistics, recruiter database, MIS, and annual placement reports.
Promote industry-academia collaboration through guest lectures, live projects, MoUs, and consultancy opportunities.
Monitor placement performance and recommend continuous improvement measures.
Represent the Institute at corporate networking events and recruitment forums.

Qualifications:
MBA or equivalent from a recognized university with 8–12 years of experience in Training & Placement or Corporate Relations, preferably in a higher educational institution.
