Job Title: HR Executive – Recruiter

About the Role: We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Executive with 1–2 years of experience to join our team as an HR Recruiter at our Mohali office. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, and will play a key role in building our talent pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and coordination
- Conduct initial telephonic rounds to assess candidate fit
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs
Requirements:
- Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred)
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in recruitment/talent acquisition (mandatory)
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple open positions and work under deadlines
- Immediate joiners preferred
