Location: Work From Office (Wagle Estate, Thane)
Duration: 3 Months (can be extended based on performance and business requirements)
Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹10,000/month (based on experience)

About the Role-
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Intern to support recruitment and HR operations as we continue expanding our team. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure to real-time HR functions and processes in a fast-growing environment. The selected candidate will work closely with the HR Manager and assist with recruitment and HR activities as and when required.
Key Responsibilities-
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles across departments
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, and referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR screening calls
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
2. HR Operations & Administration
- Support onboarding activities and employee documentation
- Assist in payroll coordination and attendance tracking
- Support HR administration and day-to-day operations
- Assist with HR systems and employee process management
3. Collaboration & Process Improvement
- Work closely with the HR Manager and support HR activities as required
- Coordinate with teams and employees for HR-related requirements
- Suggest ideas and inputs to improve recruitment and HR processes
- Contribute towards creating efficient systems and workflows
Requirements-
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Good organisational and coordination skills
- Comfortable with Google Sheets/Excel and basic documentation tools
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
- Basic understanding of HR and recruitment processes
- Detail-oriented and proactive approach
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

- Working Days: Monday – Saturday
