Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on:
- * Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- * Core Knowledge Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube & Performance Max)
- * LinkedIn Ads
- * YouTube Ads
- * Other relevant paid media platforms
- * Generate high-quality leads while maintaining low Cost Per Lead (CPL).
- * Scale profitable campaigns with consistent ROAS.
- * Conduct audience research, lookalike audience creation, retargeting, and funnel optimization.
- * Perform A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, ad copies, and targeting.
- * Set up and monitor Meta Pixel, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
- * Collaborate with the creative team for high-converting ad creatives and videos.
- * Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize budgets.
- * Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- * Stay updated with platform algorithm changes and digital marketing trends.
Required Skills
- * 4+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
- * Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager.
- * Strong knowledge of Google Ads.
- * Experience with lead generation campaigns.
- * Knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.
- * Understanding of conversion tracking and attribution.
- * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- * Experience managing monthly ad budgets.
- * Ability to independently scale campaigns.
Preferred Skills
- * Experience in Education, EdTech, Healthcare, or Psychology industry.
- * Landing page optimization.
- * CRM integration experience.
- * Copywriting for paid ads.
- * Basic knowledge of Canva or creative strategy.
