Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Business Insights
- Perform in-depth Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Translate complex datasets into meaningful business insights and actionable recommendations.
- Analyze campaign performance, customer journeys, and engagement metrics.
- Build dashboards and reports to monitor key business KPIs.
Marketing Process Optimization
- Develop a deep understanding of end-to-end marketing and content workflows.
- Identify process gaps, bottlenecks, and optimization opportunities.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve data collection and operational efficiency.
Data Quality & Governance
- Design and implement data validation rules and quality monitoring frameworks.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across marketing datasets.
- Promote best practices in data governance and documentation.
Content Analytics
- Evaluate the performance of digital content, social media campaigns, SEO initiatives, and other marketing assets.
- Provide recommendations to improve audience engagement and conversion rates.
- Support content strategy with data-driven insights.
Advanced Analytics
- Apply statistical techniques and analytical methods to solve business challenges.
- Enhance analytics frameworks and reporting methodologies.
- Champion a culture of data-driven decision-making.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA).
- Proficiency in SQL, Python or R, and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Experience
- 6–8 years of experience in Marketing Analytics.
- Strong understanding of data quality, process excellence, and data governance.
- Experience designing data validation frameworks and quality checks.
- Good knowledge of data pipelines and the data lifecycle.
